Project description and tasks
The project involves the provision of specialised advisory services under the SPEKTRUM 2030 programme. As part of the project, Skate Care Plus Sp. z o.o. uses expert services including:
- Preparation of a professional digital diagnosis,
- Mapping of current business and operational processes,
- Development of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy,
- Conducting a detailed automation analysis,
- Creation of a dedicated implementation plan.
Project goal
The main goal of the project is to identify areas requiring technological optimisation and to structure the company's internal processes. By developing a digital transformation strategy, the company aims to fundamentally increase operational efficiency, eliminate manual errors, and prepare the organisation for the smooth implementation of modern automation systems.
Target groups
The project is directly aimed at:
- The management and operational staff of Skate Care Plus Sp. z o.o. – thanks to precise mapping and process automation, they will be relieved of routine, manual tasks.
- The company's clients and business partners – who, in the long term, will benefit from more stable, faster, and error-free service.
Project effects and results
- Preparation of complete, specialised technical and advisory documentation that will enable a smooth and safe start to technological implementations.
- Organisation and optimisation of the company's existing operational activities.
- Permanent transfer of the economic copyright to the developed solutions to the Beneficiary.

Total project cost: 42,066.00 PLN
Contribution from European Funds: 20,520.00 PLN
This project is being implemented as part of the SPEKTRUM 2030 Pomeranian Information and Advisory Services System, with funding from the European Regional Development Fund under the “European Funds for Pomerania 2021–2027” program.
